top flite xl 5000 golf clubs?

Posted by Jeff Blanket

these are the clubs im thinkin of going with, it was between these or the wilson pro staffs, i shoot high 80’s. any suggestions?

If you are in the 80s, you should be able to handle the pro staffs. The Top Flites are more or less for people who have issues getting the ball in the air.

Are cheap golf balls really bad?

Posted by Jeff Blanket

i was wondering if brands like wilson, srixon, intech, ram, etc. are really worse than titleists and callaways. Also I know that titleist makes topflite and was wondering if any titleist and topflite balls are the same thing.

First, Callaway (not Titleist) owns Top Flite and, no they are not the same. Very cheap Top Flite, Wilson, Intech and Ram balls tend to be very hard, which can make them long but have no control around the greens.

Titleist, Callaway and others make both cheap junk balls and high-end quality balls. Titleist DT balls are junk and Pro V1s are premium.

I know that the average women’s’ clubs don’t feel right they seem to big. So I do need a set of petite clubs and would prefer women’s to juniors as the juniors I have looked at tend to be to short or they look like they are made for children. Having them fitted is not an option as I live in a small town and am not willing to spend more than $300 since I am only a beginner. I have thought about a set by Golf Girl but am not sure on them anyone have any other brands they have used or has anyone tried Golf Girl clubs?

Congrats on starting the game of golf! :) i am also a petite golfer at 5′2" i am 16 and play for my high school varsity golf team, i am also county champ, and i work at my local golf course. Your best bet for clubs is to get professionally fitted at a sport or golf shop. buying clubs online or generic brands is not a good idea because everyone is different in length, flexibility, strength, ect. so go to a golf shop also talk to a golf course pro and if you are in high school, the high school team. Keep it Up! :)

How much would it cost to ship a golf club set for ups? Im gonna ship a set of Adams Tight Lies with the bag and all the irons in it so I was wondering what a good estimate would be to ship that for ups?

You need to take them to UPS and let them weight them. Shipment costs is based on weight and (I think) zip code being shipped to

The golf community has become captivated by news of the astounding golf experience offered at The Ledges of St. George. This 7,200-yard championship course is making headlines partly because of its unmatched setting in the rugged landscape of Southern Utah, but mostly due to its remarkably high-caliber, innovative design. Matt Dye, the course designer, is part of the world-class design family that has been challenging and enthralling golf pros around the country for decades. Golf Driving Tips

Posted by Jeff Blanket

How to set the correct the trajectory for the ball and how to follow it thoroughly are the main questions that golf driving tips need to deal with. The most frequent error golf players make is to hit the ball as hard as they can when performing long distance shots. Golf driving tips are completely against such practices, since it is not in the force of the movement that the success of a hit lies. This comes with the proper body balance and the force gathered in a masterful swing. What golf driving tips could set this mental error straight?

The design of the golf club is a special golf driving tip variable that needs to be taken into consideration as you cannot execute a long shot with no matter what club. Every club is meant to cover a specific distance, and send the ball as far as it is supposed to. The best golf driving tip here is to learn how to coordinate body and club in a common combination in which the club is the arm extension. Thus you really maximize the length the club was designed for. Then, another golf driving tip advises to develop a natural body swing.

In case of a too strong a hit, it is possible to completely blow success off as the swing is tense and inefficient from a physical point of view. This golf driving tip should be remembered every time you practice your swing: the move of the body and arms coordinated creates the perfect shot. Another piece of advice here is to keep yourself in the best health condition possible. Very often golf driving tips don’t work because your muscles are too flabby or weak to support controlled effort; on the other hand, failure is no better for your ego either.

Don’t look only for the golf driving tips meant to improve your swing and hit. Sometimes, as practice proves, the best golf driving tips are those that can correct golfing mistakes. Therefore, try to pay equal attention to the dos and don’ts of golf driving tips in order to really see progress in your evolution. You may even record yourself in various learning stages and compare your present-day game to your last month’s performance to check what kind of progress has been made. Thus you get the real picture of how the golf driving tips work for you and your style.
