How to go about to computerise the administration and membership of a Golf Club?
I have a project to prepare on the computerisation of the administration and membership of a Golf Club and need to address the following issues:
- objective of the project
- different forms that could be used
- how to proceed for the computersation and what would be the different steps
- what advantages the process of computerisation will bring to the Club and its members
- what alternative solutions that may exist
- pilot testing
- any other relevant issue

I think you need to address the question by analysis the business requirements of the project. Talk to the clients or users who are supposed to use the project(software in this case i presume). Discuss the features the users ask for/ thhe project could provide, for example the members can access or modify their membership online may be. Do discuss how this could benifit the organization financially and/or bring in more members etc. Hope this gives a good start.
