While on vacation at the beach. Me and a friend who is a retired Navy Officer made plans to play some golf at the beach. This was my first time every getting to play golf at a beach. Also this was my first time playing golf since I joined the military…..so it had been over 2 years since I had played golf. I had fun even though I couldnt play as good as I used to. I had to do a lot of adjusting….because I had got taller and stronger.

Last Sept. 24, after rookie Eric Axley won the Valero Texas Open, Andy Plummer allowed himself a little reflection. He called his teaching partner, Mike Bennett, and they talked about what to do when more players came calling. You see, Axley was the third player in six weeks to win his first event, and Plummer and Bennett were teaching all three of them.

They were unknown when they coached Aaron Baddeley to his first win, in 2006, but when Badds won again in February, Plummer and Bennett were the hottest teachers in golf.
Their secret is a geometry-based swing model that contradicts almost everything being taught in the game today. Wilson was born in Kaneohe, Hawaii. He turned professional in 1992 after graduating from Brigham Young University and has won six times on the Japan Golf Tour and once on the PGA Tour.
Dean got his first PGA win on August 13, 2006 at the International. “Finally got my Tour card here just four years ago at age 32,” Wilson said. “So it was quite a battle. It is just really satisfying to be here holding the trophy.”
