I am looking for a new set of irons this year and I like what I read about the CI7's. I hit my irons well, but not always dead center. I also don't like chipping with an oversized head, so these "read" like they're just what I'm looking for. Plus they're cheaper than the alternative G-10, X20/22, R7 etc. Thoughts or advice?
I read great things about the Ci7's and bought a set of them off ebay last year. I played about 20 rounds with them and continually struggled with them, it seemed like they never made solid contact. I figured it was my swing, but then I tried my 10 year old Wilson Staff irons and hit those beautifully. I am convinced the set I bought was fake, whatever set you decide to buy stay away from ebay, go to a real sporting goods or golf store. I have obviously switched back to my old Wilson Staff irons. Anyways, I would totally recommend the Ci7's as long as they are genuine Wilson irons.
i had them they're nothing special. They hit good and look nice but you dont gain you might even lose distance if you don't hit it good.

The Wilson clubs offer you a top quality player's club at a much lower price than the famous name brands. It was not that long ago that Wilson led the field in golf club quality and they are making a big comeback in that department with their new irons and pro's like Padraig Harrington on staff. Give them a try to see if they fit you and buy with confidence.
