these are the clubs im thinkin of going with, it was between these or the wilson pro staffs, i shoot high 80’s. any suggestions?
If you are in the 80s, you should be able to handle the pro staffs. The Top Flites are more or less for people who have issues getting the ball in the air.
Adams has some sets, under $400…very good sets. Powerbilt, Tiger Shark, Lynx…some other really good brnads. Please…stay away from Top Flites and Pro Staff’s

The XL 5000 name is garbage. The balls are like rocks, and the clubs like crow bars. Look into those pro staffs if you are looking between only these two.But for your price range, look into Mizuno MX 23 or MX 25. These two sets of irons are for the guy looking to score well, but with enough forgiveness to keep you out of trouble. I have bought four sets of irons since i got my MX23s, and keep going back to them. Possibly the best irons ever made. And you can get a set new for 299. Go buy them…
